Buying and service — Frequently asked questions

Can I order this cheaper in the UK or online? Do I lose my warranty?

No, you do not lose your warranty: the warranty remains valid under the manufacturer's conditions, even if you bought the unit abroad or online. If you have a question about such a unit, email us at info@joenit.com with a few photos and the serial number. Then we know straight away which unit it is and what we can do for you.

Where can I officially buy, hear or service this in Belgium or the Netherlands?

At one of the roughly 120 authorised specialist shops in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. There you can listen to the equipment, and your dealer is also your address for servicing and repairs. The full list, by country and by brand, is on the dealer page of www.joenit.com. Joenit itself is a wholesale distributor and sells exclusively through authorised dealers.

What if something breaks? Where do I go, and are spare parts still available?

Through your dealer: they send the unit to Joenit's workshop in Mechelen, where there is an in-house stock of spare parts. You can also email us directly at info@joenit.com, preferably with a few photos and the serial number. Then we know straight away which unit it is and what is possible.

I inherited an older Rega. Can it still be repaired or upgraded?

Very often, yes. Send us an email at info@joenit.com with a few photos and the serial number, and we will tell you what is possible for your Rega: repairing, upgrading or both.
